* Rules for costume making ;

1. All items are made by oder (except for the ready stock items).2. The estimated time for costume-making is 3-4 weeks, depending on the number of queues and the complexity of the costumes.3. The work for costume-making is done according to the queue. If you want it faster, please order a FAST ORDER.4. Please make a DOWN PAYMENT of 50% at the beginning of the total amount of the costume price ordered.5. FREE REQUEST for materials and fabrics as long as the work has not been processed (changing the materials / fabrics when the work has been processed will be charged a MATERIAL REPLACEMENT FEE).6. Do not accept a refund once the materials or fabrics have been bought.7. Please send the sizes of the costumes carefully. Size errors during or after the work is finished which are not caused by workmanship errors are not the responsibility of the owner.8. FREE of MINOR REVISIONS, (do not accept revisions that change the entire costumes, except if they are wrongly made / caused by workmanship errors). Therefore, please send the designs of the costumes as detailed as possible.9. The delivery delay caused by the expedition is not the responsibility of the owner. But, the owner will help to follow it up to the expedition until the ordered items arrive to the customer's hands.10. Accept a FAST ORDER for costume-making with an estimated of work of 2 weeks at a slightly expensive price from the normal price.11. The calculation of costume weight and shipping costs will be notified when the costumes are finished.12. The items that will be sent have been through quality check by the owner (completeness and safety). Therefore, please include an unboxing video if there are any damages of the items to claim to the expedition.13. Buying means agreeing to the applicable rules. Thank you!!!♥️♥️

* Rules for shoe-making ;

1. Accepting the making or the manufacture of shoes for cosplay, wedding, dance cover, drumband, fashion shows etc.2. You can REQUEST good quality of SEMI LEATHER (PU leather / PVC leather) or GENUINE LEATHER.3. It is not allowed to CHANGE MATERIALS when the work has been done unless you are willing to change the price of materials.4. The PRICE of GENUINE LEATHER shoes is DIFFERENT from the price of GOOD QUALITY SEMI LEATHER SHOES. The shoe materials that use genuine leather cost a little more.5. Please SEND the desired shoe SIZES.6. SHOE SIZE MISTAKES are not the owner's responsibility. Therefore, please CHECK the shoe SIZES again before sending them.7. The ESTIMATED TIME for the shoe-making process is 3 weeks, depending on the number of queues.8. Accepting FAST ORDER shoe-making (the estimated time for fast order is 1 week, at different prices).9. Please make a DOWN PAYMENT by 50% for the shoes ordered.10. Not receiving a CANCELLATION and REFUND after the down payment has been received by the owner and the items have been processed.11. The WEIGHT of the SHOES and the SHIPPING COSTS will be notified when the shoes are finished.

* Kostum ;

1. Semua barang made by oder ( kecuali barang ready stock )2. Estimasi pembuatan costume 3-4 minggu tergantung jumlah antrian dan kerumitan costume.3. Costume di kerjakan sesuai antrian, jika ingin lebih cepat harap memesan fast order.4. Harap melakukan DP sebesar 50% diawal dari total jumlah harga costume yang di pesan.5. Bebas request bahan dan kain selama belum proses pengerjaan ( mengganti bahan / kain ketika proses pengerjaan dimulai akan dikenakan biaya penggantian bahan. )6. Tidak menerima refund apabila sudah berbelanja bahan atau kain.7. Harap mengirimkan ukuran baju dengan teliti, kesalahan ukuran ketika proses dan sesudah pembuatan baju yang bukan disebabkan oleh kesalahan pengerjaan bukan tanggung jawab owner.8. Bebas revisi minor, ( seperti di pendekan, tidak menerima revisi yang mengubah keseluruhan costume kecuali kesalahan pengerjaan. ( Oleh sebab itu harap mengirimkan desain baju se-detail mungkin )9. Keterlambatan pengiriman yang disebabkan oleh pihak ekspedisi bukan tanggung jawab owner. Tetapi akan di bantu follow up paket hingga sampai ke tangan customer.10. Menerima Fast order costume dengan estimasi pembuatan 2 minggu dengan harga sedikit mahal dari harga normal.11. Perhitungan berat costume dan ongkos pengiriman akan diberitahukan ketika costume sudah jadi12. Barang yang akan dikirim sudah melaui quality check oleh owner ( kelengkapan serta keamanannya ) oleh karena itu harap menyertakan video unboxing ketika barang sampai jika ada keluhan juga untuk klaim kepada pihak ekspedisi bila ada kerusakan.13. Membeli berarti setuju dengan rules yang berlaku. Terimakasih ♥️♥️

* Sepatu ;

1. Menerima pembuatan sepatu cosplay, sepatu wedding, sepatu dance cover, drumband, fashion show dll.2. Bisa request bahan Semi kulit kualitas bagus ( PU leather / PVC leather ) atau genuine leather ( kulit asli )3. Dilarang mengganti bahan ketika proses pengerjaan sudah dilakukan, terkecuali bersedia mengganti harga bahan.4. Harga sepatu genuine leather ( kulit asli ) berbeda dengan harga semi kulit kualitas bagus. Bahan sepatu yang menggunakan kulit asli harganya sedikit lebih mahal.5. Harap mengirimkan ukuran sepatu yang diinginkan.6. Kesalahan ukuran sepatu setelah mulai pengerjaan, bukan tanggung jawab owner. Oleh karena itu, harap mengecek kembali ukuran sepatu setelah di kirimkan.7. Estimasi pembuatan sepatu adalah 3 minggu tergantung jumlah antrian.8. Menerima fast order sepatu ( estimasi 1 minggu dengan harga berbeda )9. Harap Dp sebesar 50% untuk sepatu yang di pesan.10. Tidak menerima cancel dan refund setelah DP masuk dan barang sudah di proses11. Berat sepatu dan biaya ongkos kirim akan diberitahukan ketika sepatu sudah jadi.
